Dr. Ling Oei

Dr. Ling Oei MD PhD is an internist-endocrinologist trained at the IJsselland Hospital, Erasmus MC, Maasstad Hospital and Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). In 2013, she attended Stanford University in the United States for postdoctoral research and obtained her PhD from Erasmus University in 2016. She specializes in general internal medicine and has a particular interest in osteoporosis and calcium homeostasis. Her scientific research is directed towards metabolic, environmental and occupational influences on health. Dr. Oei has a part-time permanent position at Jan van Goyen Medical Center. She has also worked at Erasmus MC, LUMC, Van Weel-Bethesda Hospital and Albert Schweitzer Hospital.
