Christoffer Clemmensen is an Associate Professor and Group Leader at the Center for Basic Metabolic Research (CBMR) at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Since 2024, he has also led CBMR’s Innovation Team. Research in the Clemmensen Group focuses on body weight homeostasis, neuroplasticity in appetite control, and weight loss pharmacology. Christoffer is the Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder of Ousia Pharma, specializing in peptide-drug conjugates for metabolic and brain diseases. He has authored 98 scientific papers cited more than 8300 times.
